East Texas Project

Tokyo Gas America Ltd. has approximately 73% equity interest in Castleton Resources LLC (“CR”) which was formed to acquire and develop oil and gas assets in the East Texas / North Louisiana. CR owns and operates over 315,400 net acres in East Texas / North Louisiana with access to the Cotton Valley and Haynesville Shale. In recognition of the majority interest held by Tokyo Gas America, CR will change its name to “TG Natural Resources LLC” by late March 2021.
